Guest Speaker: Andrea Phillips

Freelance transmedia writer and game designer Andrea Phillips will be Skyping in to speak with the group about writing for transmedia, especially from the indie/freelance and ARG perspectives, with case studies from personal experience and lots of Q&A. Andrea has worked on such diverse projects as America 2049, Perplex City, The Floating City, and The Maester’s Path for HBO’s Game of Thrones; she’s also the author of the upcoming book The Creator’s Guide to Transmedia Storytelling (2012).
